The Shrine of St. Patrick will celebrate its 70th anniversary on St. Patrick’s Day—Wednesday, March 17, 2027. Irish Flag Avenue invites the community to mark the milestone through Irish heritage, local stories, faith, and family.
70 Flags for 70 Years
Seventy original flags will transform the road through St. Patrick, Missouri into a colorful avenue of Irish and Celtic heritage. Each flag can carry a story—a family name, an Irish county, a cherished memory, a symbol of faith, or a tribute to the traditions connecting this Missouri community with Ireland.

70 Flags Could Make Guinness World Records History!
If the community reaches 70 flags, St. Patrick may be able to pursue Guinness World Records recognition for the most Irish flags displayed along a street for St. Patrick’s Day. Reaching the goal is the first step; any official record attempt would still require review and verification by Guinness World Records. Help us fill the avenue and make March 17, 2027 a milestone to remember.
